We recognize that unexpected situations can occur. To maintain an efficient scheduling process, we respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Please be advised that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. One (1) courtesy reschedule is permitted using the original deposit, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance and the new appointment is scheduled within the same calendar month. If an appointment is not rescheduled within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be charged. Please also note that failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee and may lead to restricted access to future bookings.
