Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. To ensure a seamless cancellation or rescheduling experience, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Please note that any deposits made are NON- REFUNDABLE. Clients are allowed (1) courtesy reschedule using their original deposit. We kindly ask that you be mindful of our no-show policy, as a missed appointment without communication will result in suspension from booking and a 50% cancellation fee.
